Why I Believe 8 Rainbows Appeared at 8 Remarkable Moments

Over the past four years, I've seen rainbows appear at some pretty remarkable moments. 

Below are details of the 8 examples and why I don't think these rainbows were just coincidences…

1) Cancer Diagnosis
April 2023: Two weeks after my 
breast cancer diagnosis, and just
 days after telling our families

2) Last Chemo
The day before my 
LAST chemo treatment;
 6 intense rounds over 4.5 months

3) Hair Regrowth
Five days after my last chemo infusion, and just two days before I noticed the first tiny fuzz of new hair

4) Post-Surgery
Five days after pathology results confirmed I was CANCER-FREE, following my double mastectomy

5) One Year Later
Exactly one year
 after being diagnosed
 with breast cancer

6) Almost Finished
Eight days before my final targeted therapy infusion and the end of active treatment

7) Heavenly Hello
The afternoon of 
my uncle's celebration of life
 gathering with family

8) Recent Sightings
August 2026: TWO rainbows
in the same weekend.
The following week, I was recognized for two big accomplishments at work.

Maybe they're coincidences.
Maybe they're luck.
Maybe they're something we don't have words for.

I just know that every time I see one, I feel a little more hopeful.

Rainbows are reminders that even when something hard, unexpected, or discouraging happens, there can still be better things ahead.
