70 years ago today, Rosa Parks made up her mind and chose courage over fear when she refused to give up her seat on that bus in Alabama.

But when we choose trust over doubt and hope over negativity, something shifts and fear no longer gets the final say.
All it takes is making up your mind to take one step forward.
And that single step is the spark needed to ignite courage deep within you to overcome whatever lies ahead.
