My Favorite Gifts to Give and Receive

Favorite Things Parties are becoming more popular, but I prefer to give others a gift that meant a lot to me during and after treatment, but has nothing to do with cancer: “Favorite Things Days.”

What is a Favorite Things Day?
You pick a day to spend time with your *favorite* person or people, and then do your *favorite* things together!

The best part:
Spending time with someone close to you is a gift both to them and to yourself.

You can keep it simple and just meet up for a meal at your favorite restaurant, instead of spending a whole day together.

Or attend an event together—the date and time are already planned for you.

For extra quality time with your favorite people, you could plan a whole weekend away!

Favorite Things Days are great for kids too. Ice skating and making cookies are my kids’ favorites this time of year.

On a budget?
Instead of a movie out, watch a movie at your house together while enjoying your favorite snack.

The possibilities are endless, and the memories will last a lifetime. 💝

Take a look at some Favorite Things Days I spent with my favorite people during and after treatment.
Bonus: They’re all wig friendly!
