3 Prompts to Practice Gratitude

Let’s talk about the power of gratitude.

When you are going through a challenging time, it’s hard to see the positive. You feel stuck and you can’t imagine how you will get past the obstacles in your way.

Soon after I was diagnosed, I bought a gratitude journal for the first time and started writing in it daily, more as a distraction, but it became the thing that got me unstuck.

At first, I looked forward to seeing the next prompt or quote. A few months later, I looked forward to it as part of my bedtime routine.

Now it’s a habit, a mindset. I find myself verbally expressing what I’m grateful for throughout the day, and feel more positive too.

Gratitude can be helpful in any season of life. Try out the 3 prompts below to get started!
