Celebrating National Wellness Month, One Small Step at a Time

August is National Wellness Month, but you don’t have to overhaul your life to see positive changes.

Wellness doesn’t have to mean intense workouts, perfect meal prep, or a whole new morning routine. Most of us are just trying to keep up with life, and the idea of adding more can feel overwhelming.

Practicing gratitude for 15 minutes a day, 5 days a week for at least 6 weeks can enhance mental wellness and positively affect your physical health

The Benefits of Gratitude

The good news is that small steps matter—research has shown that tiny, consistent habits add up in big ways.

Even something as simple as spending 15 minutes writing down things you're grateful for each day has been shown to improve not just your mood, but your physical health too.

15 minutes of gratitude a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks can lead to better sleep, reduced stress, and lower inflammation all from one small daily shift.

This month, pick one small thing each day that supports your mental, physical, or emotional well-being.

Whatever you choose, do it for you and watch your wellness improve a little each day.
